Quickstart
From a repository to a public development URL.
Use the commands exposed by the current CLI. Your code stays local; supported dependencies and the public route belong to the R3verb development environment.
You need a supported Go toolchain for this installation path. The older npm command and unverified external installer are intentionally not presented here.
- 1
Install the current CLI
The repository currently publishes a Go CLI. This command builds and installs the r3v binary from its module.
go install github.com/cheddarwhizzy/r3verb/cli/r3v@latest - 2
Authenticate
Log in with the same R3verb environment you intend to use for the project.
r3v login - 3
Import the repository
From the project root, create its R3verb project, upload the working tree for architecture analysis, and write the project ID to r3v.yaml.
r3v import - 4
Start local development
R3verb reads the project requirements, prepares supported PostgreSQL or Redis bindings when needed, starts the app locally, and prints its development URL.
r3v dev - 5
Inspect incoming traffic
Send a request to the printed URL. In another terminal, list the requests associated with the project.

Tunnel-only workflow
Publish an already-running local service without importing a full project.
Review and replay
Understand what is sent again before replaying a captured request.
